Alberta Printmakers' Society and Artist Proof Gallery

The Alberta Printmakers’ Society (A/P) is a not-for-profit, artist-run organization, founded in 1989 in Calgary, Alberta to increase public awareness of printmaking as a fine art medium, and to provide a resource for printmaking artists. Our membership consists of art lovers from the general public and well known established print artists, instructors, graduates and students from Alberta College of Art + Design and the University of Calgary. The  Society is run by a board of directors currently consisting of thirteen members and several committees.

The Alberta Printmakers’ Society (A/P) is an artist-run centre that supports artists by providing a printmaking studio, an exhibition space and by increasing awareness of contemporary print media.

The Alberta Printmakers’ Society (A/P) is a locally and internationally recognized state of the art production and exhibition center for print media artists, and a vibrant contributor to contemporary arts.
